Description
Sarah’s Creek Pinotage is an authentic South African grape varietal that bridges the borders between Pinot Noir and Cinsaut. The result of this combination is an intense, dusky fruit flavour with high tannins and anthocyanins.
Vineyard
Our grapes are grown in the Breederiver Valley and Langeberg mountain slopes.
Wine Making
The wine was matured in 40% French/American oak and 60% was aged in stainless steel tanks
