Journey’s End Shiraz

Journey’s End Shiraz is made from hand-harvested grapes grown on South-facing slopes, with cool winds from False Bay helping the grapes ripen slowly. The soil here is Tukulu and Glenrosa, which adds richness to the wine’s dark fruit flavors.

In the cellar, most of the grapes went through a cold settling before fermentation. A small portion was fermented as whole bunches for added complexity. After fermentation, the wine aged for 18 months in a mix of French and American oak barrels, giving it a smooth, spicy finish.

This vegan-friendly Shiraz is perfect with rich meats and has great aging potential.
