Ageing Potential
Ready to be enjoyed now, but it can also age further for five to eight years.
Vineyards
The grapes come from dry land vineyards with varying ages, including a 37-year-old Chenin Blanc vineyard in the Paarl/Swartland area. These vineyards rely primarily on winter rainfall and use little to no irrigation.
Winemaking
The wine is made in a new world style, complex with ample fruit and structure. Thirty percent of it spends ten months in 500-litre French oak barrels.
