Description
Sophisticated and with great presence, Navarro Correas Sparkling Wines are the result of their constant quest for the perfect bubble: the Navarro Correas Extra Brut.
The marked temperature range in our high-altitude vineyards contributes to preserving the natural fresh quality of white grapes as well as promoting a full ripening process in the red varieties. These characteristics will later translate into wines where lively fruit is evident. These vineyards are located in Tupungato, in the higher areas of Uco Valley, in the province of Mendoza.
SUGGESTED FOOD PAIRINGS
May be enjoyed as an aperitif, on its own, or paired with: seafood or vegetable starters as well as sour preparations like ceviche.
