ABOUT THE HARVEST
The grapes used in the production of the Nabygelegen Sauvignon Blanc are harvested during low temperature with extensive berry selection.
IN THE CELLAR
Chilled grapes pressed and tank fermented at 10/13ºC. Single vineyard block wine remained on it s lees for 6/7 weeks before bottling.
FOOD PAIRING
Enjoy with Salmon and Sushi.
