The Mont Rochelle Little Rock Rouge is a charming blend of 58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Syrah, and 21% Cabernet Franc. It masterfully balances easy drinkability with intriguing complexity. Expect a vibrant fruit profile and a silky, smooth palate, making it the perfect companion for any occasion.
Each varietal is individually vinified and aged for 8 months in barrels before blending, ensuring a harmonious and well-rounded wine. Fermentation at 26°C with gradual tannin extraction results in soft, juicy tannins that enhance the wine’s approachability and elegance.
