Cuvée Lamberti Sparkling Dry

Cuvée Lamberti Sparkling Dry, produced by Lamberti, derives its name from one of the oldest Veronese families, the Lamberti who were lords of Verona and disputed the dominion of the city with the powerful Della Scala.

DESCRIPTION
With a fine perlage and good persistence, it is characterized by good flavor and a delicate fruity aftertaste. To be ideally consumed in a year and served at about 8-10degrees Celcus in a flute glass.

VINIFICATION AND AGING
The base cuvée is chosen and combined to give softness, harmony and fruity tone. Once the cuvée is assembled, selected yeasts are added; the second fermentation takes place in an autoclave with the Martinotti method for a period varying between 30 and 60 days, the sparkling wine is then aged on its lees and tasted very frequently until the desired organoleptic picture is reached.

TASTING NOTES
Yellow in colour with light greenish reflections, it has a delicate scent of white peach and light aromatic notes. With a fine perlage and good persistence, it is characterized by good flavor and a delicate fruity aftertaste.
