The Mont Rochelle Little Rock White is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Viognier, and Chardonnay. It is made to be enjoyed amongst friends with or without food and on any occasion. Pale straw green with golden hues, this wine exhibits an abundance of stone fruit and tropical aromas reminiscent of peaches, apricots, and perfume with subtle spice nuances. Flavours of fruit salad and a fresh lively acidity neatly tie the wine together.

Description
Mont Rochelle Little Rock White wine making process:
Early morning harvesting, with gentle pressing and settling on juice. Cold fermentations conducted at 14 degrees, in order to preserve aromatics on each batch. Each of the cultivars in the blend were vinified separately with blending occurring prior to bottling and with most lots seeing gross lees contact in excess of 5 months. In the Cellar Cold fermentation. The wine was left on the lees for five months.
Serve at 8-10 °C
